Appointment With Our Client

To discuss the landscape requirements, one of our experts visited the client place and had a detailed discussion with our catalogue. These catalogue made our client to have an initial conceptualization of the landscape they are looking for but still the client had the requirement of multiple requirements which made them difficult to understand the exact design of the landscape. Later we have suggested to have a 3D designing to visualize exactly how the landscape looks at their place. The discussions were also happened about the purpose of landscape they want to setup. What are all the elements they are looking at?

When client was confused about the selection of material to cover the Pergola, we have suggested them the glass as per the environment and to increase the aesthetic value of the terrace.

Designing the landscape

Based on the discussions held, purpose of landscape and suggestions given, our designing team had an initial discussion about the placements of the landscape elements. Each person perception of visualizing will be different from other person. The team started designing the things. In this process they have changed the placement of elements couple of times until the elements fits for the place and provides an exact feel to the landscape.

Finally, the design went for the approval from the designing team head where every measurement will be analyzed, check for the proper placements of the elements and practical challenges which may expected at the time of execution of the project. Later we got the final approval to share the 3D design to our client.
The 3D design was extremely good, and client felt very happy. After they have seen our design, they had few more elements to add in the design and few measurements of the landscape was also changed. Again, we took the remeasurements and told our client that we shall redesign the things based on the additional measurements and elements with updated or revised cost.
The same have been updated in the design and with the approval of our design team head, we shared the final 3D design to our client which finally got approved after which we started working on the quotation part.

Quotation & Negotiations

Even though the client has many contacts for fabrication and civil workers and the nursery is next to his home, they were worried about the service part as local vendors will not keep up the work updates and they can’t believe them as the project involved many services. To execute such projects, client was looking for authenticated company who can take care of all the works under one roof.
The project involved more than 6 to 7 elements like Bar counter, Metal pergola, Flooring, Rainwater gutter, softscape work, steppingstones etc. The total cost of the project came up to Rs. 24,50,000/- including materials, labor, and transportation. After sharing the quotation, client was negotiating for the final project cost and later when we explained our process and procedures which make them hassle free execution, they agreed for the same price, paid 50% as advance and the project came for execution.

Wrong measurement for Toughened glass: As there was cross cutting wall, the measurement was not taken properly. When the glass was installed, it was mis-matching the pergola frame. Later we explained the issues faced with the client, and finally we took exact measurements, asked glass cutter to do his job after which the glass was placed with exact requirement.

The execution process is so complicated in which we should be flexible and rigid in few situations so that the project moves in a smooth way.

We need to always understand the requirement and purpose of landscaping by the client as they are investing their hard-earned money in the project to experience the feel of landscaping and in the same way client must believe and trust us to bring best out of us by understanding the challenges we are facing in this industry.

The day still we remember when our team went to hand over the project to the client. There was the feel of achievement on everyone’s face. With so much of hurdles in each process of execution, we have managed everything to complete the project in given timelines.
Client was also so delighted to see the project finishing and appreciated everyone who were involved in this project and he again he gave few more works to complete like additional tiles work, clay jaali work, FRP pots and plants order. Finally, we handover the project by gifting a beautiful Zee-Zee plant and took wonderful feedback from the client which you can watch in below link
