Project purpose and goals
Being an IT professional, Raman Verma sir had around 800sqft terrace area with some pots & plants & half roof covered with mangalore tile pergola which was very old with lot of mould
Looking at the condition they restricted themselves from going to terrace to enjoy their family time, as they have lot of relatives & friends coming in for vacation they wanted the terrace to makeover very badly with major purpose of using it for family, friends & relatives time out space
Project highlights
As client was very specific about family time spending & get together, he was very specific about color combination with cladding for wall & bar counter, after multiple discussion & design corrections they have confirmed the color combination & execution was started immediately
