Appointment With Our Client
Our expert will be fully prepared before going for an appointment with the client. The backend team who has already discussed with the client will collect all the initial landscape requirement details with the client, process the information and will be communicated to our experts. So, when our expert goes for an appointment, he should be having the basic idea about the client pulse.
We met the client and client had taken us a walk through in his place, our expert started scribbling few points and rough sketch as per the discussions happened. Client was not having any idea about how the landscape should look like, for which we have explained him about the elements and how best we can design his garden and told him that we shall share the 3D design for better understanding of the design.
Designing the landscape
The major task was designing because customer did not have any idea about the landscape requirements. So, we need to design the best landscape design which will impress our client and it must serve the purpose for which client is looking for landscape
Team had a long discussion about the selection of elements and placing them accordingly. Final design was taken care by one of our head 3D designers. Designer had multiple conversation with experts and client for analyzing the requirements and to bring maximum creativity in the design. We had good 3D design which had gone for approval and later shared to our client
There were not many changes in the design except adding few lights in the garden. Initially it was told that the garden lights need to be put only in front yard garden, later the client instructed to install lights all around the garden. We worked out the re-measurements with updated or revised cost
Quotation & Negotiations
The project involved more than 8 to 10 elements like Kota Stone, Metal pergola, Curb stone fixing, Shingles, softscape work, Sadaralli steppingstones, PVC door, Painting, water proofing, garden lights and plumbing work. The total cost of the project came up to Rs. 13,00,000/- including materials, labor, and transportation

A professional team was invited from Kota, Rajasthan to place the Kota stones with perfect cuttings and alignment as this activity requires a skilled labor to get exact finishing

We informed our client well in advance about the project handover day and a team of staff had been to client place to overlook the project. Client was also so delighted to see the project finishing and appreciated everyone who were involved in this project.
